The sessions will include partners of both the Ospreys and NPTC Group of Colleges, such as The Army, The Navy, BT, EE, TCH Group and Sinclair Land Rover. Learners will also get the chance to obtain qualifications whilst on the programme increasing chances for further opportunities .
‘Destination edYOUcation’ is designed and open for students who are unsure of what do to for their next steps following school or college. Its aims are to inspire, further educate and help learners explore wider available opportunities - including apprenticeships, A-levels & vocational courses.
Starting on Tuesday 23rd July at Llandarcy Academy of Sport / Ospreys High Performance Centre – The programme will run on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, every week, for 6 weeks, between 9am and 4pm.
Students either need to not have a destination planned for September 2025 (further education) or to have secured/ studying at college/sixth form place but still be unsure if the option they have selected is what they want to do next.
Attendees of the course will be paid £70 per week including food expenses and be reimbursed travel costs (T&C’s apply). The deadline to apply is midnight, Monday 30th June.
